We specialize in the domain of donor behavior and have conducted a wide range of both qualitative and quantitative research programs for clients in both the U.S. and U.K. Recent projects have included:

  1. Measuring levels of donor satisfaction and commitment and creating indices for the purposes of tracking over time.
  2. Determining the role of faith based identities in driving giving to religious organizations
  3. Identifying motives for legacy/bequest giving, perceptions of current solicitation practice and the use of appropriate language in campaign materials.
  4. Identifying organizational brand values and studying the link between perceptions of these values and giving.

This is just a selection of the projects we’ve designed for clients. If all you need is a standard questionnaire or a handful of focus groups you’re better off talking to your usual market research agency.
